"Booking an appointment was a total mess"
I tried booking an appointment on lloydspharmacy.com it was frustrating, frustrating. It kept showing me available times, but as soon as I clicked one, it said it wasn’t actually available. Then I had to go back and start all over again, more than once. After a while I just gave up and booked somewhere else. Really poor system, really

The place was clean and really easy to get around, which was a nice surprise. I was fully prepared to get lost at least once, because apparently that’s my usual talent, but nope—everything was straightforward

"Pretty good health check, just a bit of a wait"
Went in for a screening and it was quick once I got started, staff were nice and explained the results clearly. Had to wait around a little longer than expected, but overall it was a good experience

The pharmacist gave me clear advice and helped me choose the right medicine, which I really appreciated. I’ll be honest though, the wait felt longer than it should’ve, and I don’t have much patience for standing around. Still, the help was good once I got seen...

"Box was a bit battered"
My order turned up in fairly good time, so no real issue there, but the packaging wasn’t great. The outside box was squashed on one side and looked like it had been knocked around a bit. Everything was there and the items were fine, thankfully, but it definitely could’ve been packed better, especially for pharmacy bits. It was fine overall, just not great in terms of how it arrived.

I signed up and got logged in without any real hassle. The email code took a minute to show up, but once it did, everything worked "just fine."

"Not Really Worth It"
I don’t think this is worth the money. For what you pay, you’d expect better quality or at least something that feels like it’ll hold up. It just doesn’t make much sense to spend that much when there are probably better options out there.

"Pretty Impressed Overall"
Most of the stuff I needed was in stock, which was a nice surprise. There was just one item missing, but overall it was a solid experience.

"Long wait to pick up my prescription"
I ended up waiting over 40 minutes just to collect a prescription, which was frustrating. The staff seemed a bit unsure about what was going on, although to be fair they may have just been having a hectic day. Still, it wasn’t a great experience and I don’t think I’ll be going back.

I checked lloydspharmacy.com before heading over, just to make sure they were still open, and the hours were right. Ended up being able to pop in after work instead of wasting a trip, which was nice. It was easy enough to find too, so that helped

"Works fine, just a bit clunky"
I used lloydspharmacy to look for a few things and, overall, it did the job. The site felt a little slow at times and I wasn’t always totally sure where to click next, but I got there in the end. The search results could probably be a bit sharper too. It’s not a bad site by any means, just feels like it takes a few more clicks than it really needs to

"I signed up thinking the loyalty..."
I signed up thinking the loyalty points would actually mean something, but nothing ever came through. They make it sound like you’ll get all these benefits, but it’s all super vague and then the rewards never show up. Frustrating and a total waste of time

"Not the best first impression with the tracking"
This was my first time ordering from Lloyds Pharmacy, and it didn’t start off great. The tracking barely updated, so I had no clue where my parcel was or when it was actually coming. Then it just suddenly turned up out of nowhere. Glad it arrived, but the whole thing felt unclear and a bit frustrating.

"Slow response, but they did get back to me"
It took a while to hear back, which was a little frustrating, especially since some competitors seem to respond faster. That said, they did eventually answer my question and got things sorted in the end.

"I had to give way more personal info..."
I had to give way more personal info than I expected, and the privacy details weren’t very clear. I also felt like I was being passed around a bit, which didn’t help. Overall, I just didn’t feel super confident that my medical information was being handled as privately as it should be.

I booked my vaccination online and that part was really straightforward, which I appreciated. The staff were friendly enough, but I’ll admit I’m someone who gets a bit impatient when things don’t run on time, and I ended up waiting longer than I expected. It felt a little disorganised while I was there, but I did get my jab in the end. Not a bad experience, just not as smooth as I’d hoped
